North America: Main environmental programs and documentation
Palm has developed an Environmental Management System (EMS) that continuously monitors current and emerging global environmental issues and incorporates sound environmental policies and practices in its products. Palm strives to minimize the environmental impact of its products by incorporating global environmental requirements and practices early in the product design.
Towards this goal, environmental specifications have been created to guide product stewardship during its life cycle, from initial conception through the end of life and disposal.
